Rico Blumenthal holds a degree in Business Administration and has completed a wide range of further training courses in Project Management and Business Engineering, including CMS, DSM, Kanban, Hermes, SAFe 5.0 SPC, PSPO and PSM. He has several years' experience working as a project manager, system manager and product owner in various industries and in public administration. He currently works as an agile transformation coach. In this role, he advises and supports companies from various industries on the introduction and implementation of agile organisations and processes. He is a Senior Consultant and Agile Coach at avega IT AG.
