Madalina Manoiu is an AI and governance executive with two decades of international experience across governance, risk, internal audit and business and digital transformation. Her career includes senior roles at PwC, GE and SITA, the global technology leader for the aviation industry, with responsibilities across four continents.

Throughout her corporate career, Madalina worked with executive leadership and Board Committees, leading assurance, risk and transformation activities in complex international environments. Today, as a non-executive board member, she brings the perspective of the boardroom to her work with internal audit and risk leaders. This experience gives her a distinctive view of governance from both the executive and board perspectives, including what boards expect from assurance functions as technology and AI reshape organisations.

Madalina is Managing Partner of SwissAI Partners, where she advises boards and executive teams on AI strategy, governance, AI readiness and agentic AI. Her work focuses on translating emerging technology into business value while establishing appropriate accountability, oversight and human decision rights.

She is a Guest Lecturer with the Institute of Internal Auditors Switzerland and the Swiss Board School and serves on the Executive Board of Women in Digital Switzerland.
