Madalina Manoiu is a strategic advisor in AI & Business Transformation, guiding international organizations on their journey to apply AI responsibly and making it work for businesses and people. In her current advisory work, she partners with companies such as SHL Medical to design data-driven strategies, build AI governance frameworks, and identify opportunities that accelerate transformation and growth.

She brings over 15 years of international experience across four continents, with a strong foundation in assurance. She began her career in external audit with PwC before moving into internal audit leadership roles at GE and SITA, where she reported to Audit Committee Chairs and collaborated with CEOs on strategic transformation projects. This background gives her a unique ability to blend governance, risk, and compliance with forward-looking AI& business transformation strategies.

Madalina holds the CIA, CFE, and CRMA certifications, an Executive MBA from IMD, and Swiss Board Certification. She is a guest professor at the University of Lucerne, teaching the business applications of AI and machine learning within the Ethics, Regulation & AI program. Beyond her advisory work, she is Vice President of Women in Digital Switzerland and a leader of the IMD Tech Community, where she advocates for inclusive digital ecosystems and thought leadership.
