Nikolai Hombach is a senior management trainer at the Audit Research Centre | ARC Institute. As an experienced IT expert with ITIL Expert and Approved Trainer and COBIT 5 Foundation Trainer certifications, he provides training and consulting services, as well as outsourced audits, to support internal audits and IT departments. He studied computer engineering at the University of Siegen and has been lecturing in IT service management and IT governance, focusing on practical implementation, since 1998. He was also a management consultant and a member of the management board of a systems and consulting company in Frankfurt am Main. He currently works with various DAX 30 organisations in Austria, Germany, and Luxembourg. He is a management assessor, senior engagement manager and trainer at the ARC Institute, responsible for the IT audit sub-segment.
