Christoph Deeg is a senior management trainer at the Audit Research Centre | ARC Institute. He coaches managers and advises companies on social media risk management, gamification, and digital strategies. He gained his extensive knowledge at Walt Disney and Sony Music. He develops operational approaches and way-to-target strategies for companies and institutions, showing them how to utilise digital risk management strategies in their work processes. He focuses on the changing ways of thinking and working that result from using various digital platforms. Understanding this new work and communication culture is key to developing and implementing comprehensive and sustainable digital strategies for internal and external use. The ‘digital stress test’ was specifically developed for internal audits based on the COSO II and COBIT 5 frameworks, which now serve as audit guidelines for many audits in Europe and around the world.
