Part I: The foundations of sustainable finance

  • Concepts: Sustainable finance, sustainability risk, positive and adverse impact
  • Relevant international standards (soft law, e.g. PRI/PSI/PRB, UNGP, OECD)
  • Regulatory requirements (hard law, focus on CH, EU and selected developments in other countries)
  • Expectations from other stakeholders, e.g. institutional investors

Part II: Implementing sustainable finance

  • Governance
  • Responsible/sustainable investments (e.g. asset management)
  • Direct relationships (e.g. lending, capital market transactions, corporate insurance)

Part III: Outlook and Internal Audit

  • What should you expect?
  • Audit approaches
