Maria Castillo

 

Maria Castillo is an environmental and social risk consultant who focuses on ECOFACT’s risk advisory projects as well as analyzing and benchmarking environmental and social risk policies of leading financial institutions. She also contributes to ECOFACT’s TCFD Implementation program in which we support clients in building capacity to manage and disclose on climate-related risks and opportunities.

Before working at ECOFACT, Maria worked as a financial analyst and managed sustainable projects in developing countries. She has also worked for private and public institutions, developing cost and impact assessment tools. Maria holds a master of science in sustainability and consultancy from the University of Leeds in the UK and a bachelor of senior management and business administration.
